Credits are consumed by the AI work you run in the editor - editing instructions to the AI agent, audio transcription, footage analysis, and stock image search. The cost of each action depends on how much work is involved, and is deducted from your balance as the work happens.

Your plan's credits are granted at the start of each billing cycle, which begins on the day you subscribed. Unused credits do not roll over: when your subscription renews, your balance resets to the plan's allotment. Yearly plans receive the full 12 months of credits upfront at the start of each yearly cycle. New accounts also get $5 of trial credits that expire 7 days after signup.
A request only starts if your remaining balance covers its estimated cost. If your balance is too low, the action is blocked until your credits renew or you upgrade to a larger plan.
Credits are charged for AI processing as it happens, not for downloads. Exporting or re-downloading a finished video does not consume additional credits beyond the work already done.
Open the subscription panel from your profile menu inside the app. It shows your current balance, your plan and billing period, and the full usage history.
If you upgrade, the new plan is charged immediately and a new billing cycle starts that day. If you downgrade or cancel, the change takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; until then your plan stays fully active and you can revert the scheduled change at any time.
You can cancel at any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing cycle and will not renew after that.
We accept Credit Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stripe. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis starting from the day you subscribe.
